Description

Join us for A Day Of Mindfulness as we explore Relational Mindfulness and learn how to cultivate techniques of Authentic Speech and Deep Listening.
Language and speech are two of the greatest gifts we have ever been given. They provide us the ability to connect with another living, feeling human being. You are invited to come spend a day exploring the amazing power of words and learning how to use that power to create a more fertile ground for connection in all of your relationships (discovering greater intimacy and understanding in personal and romantic relationships, more effective communication at work and professionally, and strategies to flourish in difficult and challenging relationships).
We will begin with an introduction to the conventions of conversation and the subtle and intimate process of communication and then dive deeper into Mindful Speaking and Listening, which forms the heart of Relational Mindfulness.
The day will be a mix of lecture, guided meditations, and various interactive activities. This workshop is equally appropriate for beginning as well as more experienced practitioners and is reasonably priced at just $35 including parking for the entire day.

You may register by calling 951-827-4105 or access the UCR website at www.extension.ucr.edu/osher. The event is led by Clyde Boiston, CMF and you may contact him directly with any specific questions at either 951-283-3559 or e-mail at Clyde@BelWellness.com
